To give our Tofu a better taste and texture, we use labour intensive ancient oriental methods and handcraft it at every stage.Our tofu captures the subtly sweet, delicate flavour and authenticity of original Japanese-style tofu. It holds up well with stir fry dishes, soups, sauces or on the grill

Storage Instructions

Keep Refrigerated , Do not Freeze. Once opened , keep submerged in water (in fridge) and change water daily. Use within 3 days after opening

Texture

Medium Soft Tofu , very close to Paneer (Cottage Cheese). HoP tofu is very versatile, it goes well in Indian recipes as well the south Asian recipes

 Taste: Neutral, No beany aftertaste.

 Recipes: Indian Dishes (use as paneer), South Asian dishes.
